Login and Change Password Help


1. What is the RACF userid ?
The RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) userid may also be called the mainframe userid or CICS userid or z/OS userid and is usually 7 (seven) characters.
If you do not have a userid and password you must contact the DHHS Help Desk.

2. What are the required fields ?
On the login page, the userid and password are required.
On the change password page, the userid, old password, new password and confirm password are required.
If you do not have a userid and password or you forgot your password you must contact the DHHS Help Desk.

3. I am getting an error when I change the password...
Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. The password standards have changed and a new Strong Password Standard is now in effect:
  • Must be eight (8) characters long.
  • Must contain at least one uppercase alpha character (A-Z).
  • Must contain at least one lowercase alpha character (a-z).
  • Must contain at least one numeric value (0-9).
  • May include special characters (#$@).
